Grants by Research Program Area
AKC Canine Health Foundation grants are categorized by Program Area and grant applications must be submitted in response to the Request for Proposals (RFP) for each area.
The Foundation strives to add depth to our research portfolio in the health areas our constituents consider to be of greatest importance. Research Program Areas allow dog lovers like you to support your concerns broadly. Importantly, an investment in the Research Program Area(s) of your choice will help make sure important science never goes unfunded.

Help Future Generations of Dogs
Participate in canine health research by providing samples or by enrolling in a clinical trial. Samples are needed from healthy dogs and dogs affected by specific diseases.
