Dr. Horner completed her undergraduate degree at Mount Royal University in Canada. She earned her veterinary degree from the University of Melbourne in Australia. She has shown her own Black Russian Terrier and Sealyham Terrier in conformation and performance events and is passionate about safeguarding genetic diversity in purebred dogs and providing reproductive health education.
