To serve as a peer reviewer, individuals generally need expertise in a relevant scientific field and have a strong track record of peer-reviewed publications. Members of the Scientific Review Committee are responsible for reading and evaluating grant applications, writing critiques, and attending approximately ten meetings per review cycle.Â
