Articles and White Papers
Current research topics regarding a specific disease or research area
*AKC Canine Health Foundation Newsletters
White papers are documents which
address current research topics and summarize the most recent information
regarding a specific disease or research area. White papers are generally
issued as a result of conferences where the most distinguished scientists
gather to discuss and present their work. The AKC Canine Health Foundation
then asks one or more scientists to summarize the information for use
by breeders, owners and veterinarians in a paper of 10-15 pages in length.
The white papers include a bibliography and are written in lay language.
