Genomics of Deafness in Dalmatians

Dr. Wade and her team are using state of the art genomic technologies to investigate deafness in the Dalmatian. They have a number of loci that appear to be strongly associated with the trait and are looking for validation samples. High quality DNA (blood) samples are needed from bilaterally deaf dogs.
