A Novel Approach for Prevention of Canine Hemangiosarcoma
The Clinical Investigation Center of the University of Minnesota College of Veterinary Medicine is currently collecting blood samples from Boxers, Golden Retrievers, and Portuguese Water Dogs in a cancer prevention study. Our study will help determine if specific cells in the blood can be used to detect hemangiosarcoma in its earliest stages, before a tumor has formed. A successful study would result in better options for treatment.More Information
