The Canine Health Foundation seeks to award Special Emphasis grants in the following Research Program Areas in 2015: Musculoskeletal, Neurology, and Oncology.

Special Emphasis Musculoskeletal Research Program Area RFP

Special Emphasis Neurology Research Program Area RFP

Special Emphasis Oncology Research Program Area RFP
Due Date May 18, 2015

Grants will be reviewed and awarded by the end of October 2015. CHF expects to fund 1-2 grants per area.

Grants will be awarded based on:

  • Significance and potential impact on the lives of dogs.
  • Cost benefit of the study.
  • Scientific soundness of proposed methods.
  • Strict adherence to our Humane Use of Animals Policy.
  • Investigator’s past performance with research projects and publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Help Future Generations of Dogs

Participate in canine health research by providing samples or by enrolling in a clinical trial. Samples are needed from healthy dogs and dogs affected by specific diseases.
