Genetic Tests

This list contains available canine genetic tests which have been brought to the Foundation's attention and respect intellectual property laws. If you know of additional genetic tests being offered, please contact the Foundation with the disease, breed, and laboratory contact information.

While many of these discoveries were supported by the Foundation, this list does not imply they resulted from a AKC Canine Health Foundation grant and does not imply the Foundation endorses these tests. This list is provided as a service to dog owners and breeders.
