Andrew Gene Mills
Andrew Gene Mills is retired from the United States Department of Defense where he served as Manager of the Material Operation Division for one of the largest hospitals in the world.
Mr. Mills is the AKC Delegate for the Del Sur Kennel Club and Treasurer for the Bahia Sur Kennel Club. He is also an AKC judge and a member of the Bichon Frise Club of America.
Andrew lives in Bonita, California with his wife, Mary Ellen.
